More About Still Partners
Still Partners opened in June 2013 after a quick—yet major—overhaul of the old space. Running it as a tavern for a year, with a wide array of craft beers, cocktails, and good music as often as possible – they kept working towards the goal of getting the kitchen open and fixing all the little details. Transforming the bar into a gastropub serving up classic and inspiring edibles, they then added 8 red and 6 white wines by the glass.
Early in the evenings the eatery is kid friendly, offering a classic kids’ menu. On many nights the bar/restaurant is turned into a music venue, headlining some of Long Island’s finest musicians and occasionally bands from out of state.
Still Partners’ interior takes its inspiration from classic pubs. It’s full of craftsmanship by Ray Capone & Felix Tsiskakis, design by Hubert Poole, and the general can-do attitude of Dan Roth. Their goal? To be the little pub that could.
